This website has been developed and operates with a view to provide information and services to its visitors regarding the “World of Beer The Great Beer Festival of Athens”.

The purchase of tickets for the “World of Beer The Great Beer Festival of Athens” organized by FORUM entails the full knowledge and acceptance by users of the special terms for purchasing tickets as well as the terms and conditions of the WORLD OF BEER THE GREAT BEER FESTIVAL OF ATHENS, as they are set forth herein.

TICKET – PRICE & PAYMENT METHOD

A daily ticket costs 5 euros per person.

A three-day ticket costs 15 euros per person.

Changes or cancellation of tickets are not allowed.

There is a limited number of tickets.

Each ticket purchased allows you entrance to the premises of “World of Beer The Great Beer Festival of Athens”, either for a single day or for all three days.  The purchase of tickets as well as the terms and conditions for the provision of our services are also subject to the special terms that my be printed on the ticket. In order to access the premises of the “World of Beer The Great Beer Festival of Athens”, one shall either carry their printed ticket or save it to your mobile phone (or tablet) in such a way that the barcode of said ticket will be accessible for scanning by the relevant FORUM employee.

FORUM bears no responsibility whatsoever, if your ticket is stolen or used by a third party howsoever, without your knowledge. In case it is lost or copied for any reason, only the first time that it is scanned in the entrance of the “World of Beer The Great Beer Festival of Athens” shall be valid. This means that after the first scan, you forfeit all rights to use it from this moment on.

Each ticket is personal and you have no right to resell it.
Ticket holders do not enjoy any other free benefits, unless otherwise announced.

Tickets must be purchased only by adults with legal capacity.

 

EXCLUSION FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWΑL, Art. 3ιβ, L. 2251/1994, as in force.

You have no right to withdraw from the purchase of the ticket, because in accordance with the Art. 3ιβ of L. 2251/1994, as in force, services related to recreational activities are expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal, if the contract provides for a specific date of execution (purchase of ticket for the “World of Beer The Great Beer Festival of Athens” that will take place on a specific date).

For the same exact reason (exclusion from the right of withdrawal), once the transaction is completed, you have no right to cancel, get a refund or change the tickets for reasons of “buyers remorse” (change of mind).

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation of the World of Beer the Great Beer Festival of Athens due to force majeure or other reasons, FORUM will make an announcement regarding how the ticket shall be refunded. In order for the above mentioned refund to take place, the World of Beer The Great Beer Festival of Athens shall not take place in a time period of 15 days from the original date. In case that the “World of Beer The Great Beer Festival of Athens” takes place on a other date within the 15-day period, you may use your ticket to visit the festival on the new date that will be decided by FORUM. In that case, the tickets are valid and shall not be refunded. In case of a final cancellation of the World of Beer The Great Beer Festival of Athens, the total price of the ticket shall be refunded. FORUM, other than the ticket price, has no obligation whatsoever to compensate you for any other expense, cost or loss resulting from the cancellation of the World of Beer The Great Beer Festival of Athens.

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WORLD OF BEER THE GREAT BEER FESTIVAL OF ATHENS 
2. The ticket gives its holder the right to visit the World of Beer The Great Beer Festival of Athens, if and when they comply with the terms and conditions and the relevant terms for the operation of the premises. Entrance to the festival entails unreserved acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein.
3. FORUM reserves the right to deny entrance or evict from the festival premises persons who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, demonstrate aggressive or antisocial or offensive behavior, carry dangerous or flammable objects, weapons, drugs, alcohol and any kind of fireworks, pyrotechnics, flares even if they hold tickets.Ticket holders accept that their personal items may be searched within the framework of the above mentioned prohibitions. In this case, FORUM is not obliged to refund the ticket price. Moreover, ticket holders entering or exiting the festival may be subject to body search by FORUM. Ticket holders’ refusal to, or obstruction of, the body search shall constitute non-acceptance of the security conditions. On the same grounds, ticket holders shall be excluded from entering the festival and they shall not be entitled to a ticket refund.
4. FORUM bears no responsibility for quarrels among visitors, bodily harm, visitors’ losses or damages of personal items in the area of the event.
5. Visitors must comply with the suggestions of the security personnel and FORUM representatives when it comes to safety issues.
6. Parts of World of Beer The Great Beer Festival of Athens may be filmed/photographed. Visitors appearing in those shall have no claim from the company filming or photographing or from FORUM.
7. Ticket holders must comply with the orders, the health guidelines and preventive measures imposed by the competent State authorities, bodies (NPHO etc) and FORUM SA with a view to avoiding the spread of a pandemic or epidemic posing a threat for public health.
8. Minors under 18 years of age are not allowed to enter unless they are accompanied by their guardian. Within this framework, FORUM is entitled to ask at the time of entering but also at any other time any visitor to present their Id-card, passport or driver’s license, that certify their age.
9. FORUM supports responsible consumption during the festival. Therefore, ticket holders shall take into consideration the following:
   • Alcohol consumption by minors (people younger than 18 years old) is prohibited. Stands may ask for ID before selling or giving out alcohol.
   • It is recommended that alcohol should be avoided: by pregnant or breastfeeding women; before and while driving, during treatment or medication or if there is a health problem.
   • It is also particularly noted that alcohol should always be consumed safely and responsibly manner and the consumption should not exceed a maximum of four (4) units of alcohol, as recommended by the World Health Organization and the Hellenic Association of Alcoholic Beverages Businesses (ENEAP).
   • It is prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages or food into the exhibition area.
   • Provision and transport of alcoholic beverages outside the premises of the festival is also prohibited.

 

1. General terms

In case the use of any kind of service of the website https://worldofbeerfestival.gr/ is governed by special terms, those terms are considered an integral part of these Terms of Use and, at any case, in the event of a conflict, the special terms shall prevail.

1. Any invalidity of any Terms of Use herein shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
2. Failure of FORUM to exercise its rights resulting from these Terms of Use shall not be considered a waiver of such rights.
3. FORUM is not liable for breaching these terms and conditions due to force majeure.
4. FORUM reserves the right to change without any notice the content of these terms and conditions at any time.
